Commemorating 25 years of Resolution 1325: Women civil society and the transformative potential of the Women, Peace and Security agenda.


The Permanent Missions of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana and the Republic of Slovenia to the United Nations, UN Women and the NGO Working Group on Women, Peace and Security organize a discussion between women civil society from conflicts and crises, current and incoming members of the Security Council and UN leadership about how the UN and Security Council can galvanize decisive action to realize the transformative potential, and effective implementation of the WPS agenda.
